Ice-Breaker Bridal
Shower Games
Get guests talking and mingling in no time
with some fun ice-breaking games!
Wishbowl
Turn a glass bowl into a Wish Bowl for the
couple!
Have guests write their wishes for love and
life on little slips of paper and place them in the bowl. The Bride
and Groom will have wishes and good fortune follow them wherever
they go!
How Well Do You Know the Bride?
Before the shower, put together a list of
10-20 questions about the Bride.
Guests try to answer the questions as
best they can, while the Bride fills in the
correct answer.
The winner is the guest who answered
the most questions correctly.
Advice Book
An advice book starts out as a blank journal,
but as it is passed from guest to guest, it gets filled
with advice and best wishes from all her guests.
Draw the Groom
Give each guest a paper plate and a pencil,
and tell them to place the paper plate on their head and draw a
picture of the groom -- in his underwear! The bride can pick the
winner for a small prize.

Pencil & Paper Bridal
Shower Games
When it comes to fun, sometimes what you need
is a few pencils and paper...
Recipe For Marriage
The Bride might need a little help in the kitchen, but this recipe
is more than just for baking! Have each guest write down the top 10
things they think the Bride and Groom will need for their marriage.
Give a small prize to anyone who put Love as #1.
Spice Girls
This wedding shower classic has guests sniffing unmarked spices!
Cover up the label on 10 different spices
and/or seasonings and mark each with a number. Then let guests look,
sniff, and even taste the spices trying to guess what is in each
container.
Just about any spice or seasoning will do, but to
make this game harder, use pairs of spices with the same color, like
cinnamon and allspice, chili pepper and paprika.
Household Chores
Have each guest choose a household chore they hate doing and write
down 3 - 10 reasons why they don't like to do it.
For instance, if you dislike dusting, you would write down "because
it's just going to need to be done again next week".
Then have everyone exchange cards and take turns reading them.
But instead of reading, "I hate dusting because..." they say, "I
hate sex because..."
What's In The Bag?
It's in the bag, but you can't peek! Gather 10
items the Bride and Groom can use around the house, like toilet
paper, screwdriver, and batteries and put each item into its own
brown paper bag. Number
the bags and staple them closed. Have the guests try to guess what's
in the bag by holding the bag and feeling the bag and the object
inside. But don't let them peek! After everyone has a chance to
participate, open the bags and reveal the secret item. The guest
with the most correct answers, wins. After the game, give the items
to the Bride and Groom.

Action Bridal Shower Games
Get your guests out of their chairs and moving
around with these action games!
Kiss My Ass
Get ready for tons of laughs! Photocopy a picture of the Bride, and
draw in the rest of her body on a big posterboard.
Each guest puts on lipstick and gets blindfolded - for their turn to
kiss the closest to a little red heart on the Bride's rear-end!
Sugar Lips
String a clothesline across the room and hang powdered doughnuts
spaced evenly from a string secured to the clothesline with a
clothespin. The goal
of this game is to find out who can lick the most powdered sugar off
a doughnut in 30 seconds...with their hands behind their back!
Bake A Cake
Get together all the ingredients you think the Bride will need to
bake a cake, like flour, eggs, vanilla, etc. Then tell the Bride to
make a cake from scratch with no recipe. The cake is then baked
during the shower according to her directions, and everyone gets to
taste it when it's done. If guests want to participate, they can
write down their favorite cake recipe while the Bride is making hers.
The lesson in this game is: a successful marriage doesn't come with
a recipe, and we have to rely on help from family and friends along
the way.
Wear the "Teddy"
Put a teddy bear in a brown paper bag and tell the guests whoever
gets stuck holding the bag in a game of hot potato has to wear the
teddy!
Don't tell your guests it's a teddy bear - they'll be terrified
thinking it's a silky lingerie teddy!
