company that has been established for less than a year. Most
businesses fail within the first year, so you should weed out all
those brand-new companies. Let them prove themselves first. In the
meantime, go for the more solid alternatives. The management team
should also be solid and strong. Without proper management, no
company lasts long. Plus, these are the people who are going to help
you manage your end of the business. They should be people you can
trust and feel secure with.

3. The System - A company is only as good as its system or
business model. If they can't show you proof that their system
works, that means they don't have it. Never get involved with a
